How long does an implementation take?
That depends on your size and the number of integrations. After the intake you receive a schedule with fixed milestones and a fixed price.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. When you switch, we bring over clients, contacts, contracts and assets. We prefer not to migrate the ticket history: that way you start clean, and the old history stays available via an export.
