How do we arrive at a price?
Every MSP is different. That is why we always start with an introduction. Then you receive a proposal with a fixed price, with no extra charges afterwards as long as the scope stays the same.
Do you also work in Belgium?
Yes. We work for MSPs in the Netherlands and Belgium, on site or online. For Belgian clients we invoice with VAT reverse-charged.
How long does a Partner subscription run?
Partner subscriptions run for 12 months and can then be cancelled monthly.
Can I also buy individual hours?
Yes, for smaller questions that is possible. We agree on it during the introduction.
