This privacy and cookie statement applies to all visits to mspmentor.nl and to the data you provide to us through this website. MSP Mentor B.V., Transistorstraat 71D, 1322 CK Almere, Chamber of Commerce 72999888, is the controller responsible for the processing.

Services in the USA participate in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or use the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission. Beyond this, we only provide data when the law requires it.

We place necessary cookies without consent. All other cookies, and the videos and maps that use them, are only loaded after you give your consent. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser; see your browser’s help page for instructions.
Security
We protect your data with appropriate technical and organisational measures. The website uses an encrypted connection (TLS) and a firewall. Only employees who need access for their work have access to your data. Email from the website is sent via Microsoft 365 and is limited to a single sender address.

Our website contains links to websites of others. This statement does not apply to those websites. Read their privacy statement before you use them.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- know what data we hold about you and what we do with it;
- access your data;
- have errors corrected;
- have your data erased;
- have the processing restricted;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- have your data transferred (data portability);
- withdraw your consent, for example via the “Cookies” button or the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.
Email your request to info@mspmentor.nl or call 085 – 0028 911 (Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.). We will respond within one month. To prevent us from changing the data of the wrong person, we may ask you to confirm your identity.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, please contact us first. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (the Dutch Data Protection Authority).
Changes
We update this statement when our working methods or the law change. The date and version number at the top show which version applies.
