A PSA migration does not start with the features

Your PSA should fit you, not the other way round. Why you start a migration with your own organisation, and what AI does and does not change.

A PSA migration does not start with the features

Many MSPs start a PSA migration with the wrong question. Not: which package best suits our way of working? But: which features does it have? That seems logical, but that is often where it already goes wrong.

A new PSA does not automatically make your processes better. If you bring along unclear agreements, polluted data or a messy way of working, you mainly move your existing problems to a new system.

Start with your own organisation

  • How do your processes run now?
  • Where do you lose time?
  • What information do you need to be able to steer?
  • What does a PSA really need to support?

Only then can you decide which platform and which setup fit.

And what about AI?

AI is increasingly becoming a fixed part of PSA platforms. HaloPSA, Autotask and ConnectWise are all developing further in that direction. But not every development is relevant to your MSP. The more important question remains: what does such a platform need to do for your organisation in the coming years? Which automation do you really need, which integrations matter, and does it fit how you want to grow?

Choosing independently

We work with Autotask, HaloPSA and ConnectWise. We are a HaloPSA Partner and Autotask Partner, but not tied to one package. That is why we look at the package from your processes, instead of the other way round. Already made a choice? Then the gain is often not in switching, but in making better use of what you already have.
