RoutIT wanted to improve the invoicing process to its partners. Because many partners use Autotask, MSP Mentor helped us develop an application that connects the RoutIT invoice to Autotask.
MSP Mentor played a role in designing the application, working out the processes and setting up Autotask at our partners. MSP Mentor also guided us in testing the process and training our partners, so that they can use Autotask effectively.
