On 22 April, MSP owners and decision-makers came together at MSP Mentor & Friends at Landgoed de Salentein in Nijkerk. Not a day full of theory and no sales pitches, but honest conversations about what really matters today.
The topics
- Talent as a strategic issue
- Margin pressure and pricing
- Growth and selling
- The step from MSP to MSSP
- Structure and choices that are not always easy
What stuck
Above all, that the MSP market is clearly changing. The bar is higher. Security is no longer an add-on, but part of your model. Scalability requires choices. And “we have done it this way for years” works less and less.
The strength of the day lay not only in the sessions, but especially in the conversations in between. Open, honest and recognisable, because everyone runs into similar issues.
The speakers
Thanks to Patrick Tyc, Peter Vorstenbos, Joost Grunwald and Johan Bakker for their insights, and to ManageEngine for the collaboration. In short videos on our LinkedIn channel the speakers answer questions such as where MSPs are missing opportunities, what the biggest risks are and how to get ready to sell.
