For Belgian MSPs, compliance will become increasingly concrete in the coming period. Not only because laws and regulations are being tightened further, but above all because clients more often want to know how their IT partner has arranged information security. Essential entities must demonstrate their conformity with CyberFundamentals by 18 April 2027, or submit a progress report.
Not a tick box, but demonstrable
Clients want to be able to show which measures are in place, who is responsible for what and how that fits their own obligations. For you as an MSP, that means you need to have that information in good order yourself:
- Which measures apply to which client?
- What have you already put in place?
- Where are there still open points?
- How does that relate to your own ISO certification and processes?
Making it workable
If it is scattered across separate documents and systems, every client question becomes unnecessarily a lot of work. Compliance only becomes workable when you don’t have to search for the answer again every time. We help MSPs in Flanders bring that structure, for their own organisation and towards clients.
