For our renewed service desk, the implementation of Autotask was indispensable. Whereas Datto by default leaves most of the implementation to the customer through self-study, MSP Mentor works in a hybrid way. They supported us in developing the processes, partly implemented them in Autotask for us and ensured rapid adoption with the right training. We had the incident process live within three weeks!
MSP Mentor is also a good sounding board; as head of IT, you can easily spar with them to improve the department. I would therefore highly recommend MSP Mentor for Autotask implementations!
