To shape our vision internally, MSP Mentor has been our Autotask sparring partner for years and has helped us get more out of Autotask than we did before. Although we had a fine PSA solution, time pressure meant we were never able to get the full 100% out of it.
Through a number of sessions, we gained good insight into how others in the market work with it. We then selected various benefits and applied them to our organisation and customers. In addition to those processes, we also gained good insight into how everything can be made measurable.
Because we could not change everything at once, we are continuously working on improvements, and we are glad to make use of MSP Mentor’s guidance in doing so.
