To further professionalise our company, Johan (MSP Mentor) helped us with the transition to ConnectWise Manage.
Johan was a strong sparring partner for various departments here, advising and supporting us not only from a technical point of view, but above all from a process optimisation perspective.
Johan also helped us with some custom work where needed and was readily and flexibly available. As part of user adoption, he also delivered videos and work instructions that we are very pleased with.
